IV01 Villa.

A contemporary interpretation of the Mallorcan house.

The IV01 proposal reinterprets the Mallorcan house through natural light and local materials. Limestone, white render and timber shutters define its architectural language.

Pitched roofs and shaded outdoor spaces extend the relationship between the house and its Mediterranean setting.
