Villa architecture
The spatial idea, the relationship between rooms and the character of the exterior, developed around your site and the way you live.
← HomeYour own world. With room to be extraordinary.
bold is an architecture and interior design studio based in Palma de Mallorca. For private clients planning a residence in Dubai, we explore sculptural volumes, generous living spaces and a close relationship between architecture, interiors and outdoor life.
Our design approach gives shade, privacy and arrival a central role. Deep terraces, carefully framed glazing and gardens create a sequence from the public face of a house to its most private rooms. Stone, bronze, wood and light carry the same architectural language throughout.
Bespoke interiors
Material palettes, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting and furniture considered as parts of one home, from the first room to the smallest detail.
Indoor and outdoor living
Courtyards, terraces and pool settings that extend the home, balancing generous views with sheltered, intimate spaces.

Before we begin
What kind of project can I discuss with the studio?
Private villas, a new interior for an existing home, and the architectural design of residential spaces. The first conversation establishes the site, your priorities and the scope of design.
Where is bold based?
Our base is Palma de Mallorca, Spain. We welcome enquiries for private residential architecture and interiors in Dubai; project scope and the appropriate local collaboration are established individually.
What should I share in the first enquiry?
Tell us where the property is, whether it is a new home or an existing space, your approximate area, investment range and preferred schedule. Plans, site photographs and references are helpful if available.
